Position Overview

As a Test Technician, you will play a vital role in the Test Department by performing hydrostatic and pneumatic testing on all pressure vessels and assemblies. Job Responsibilities

• Perform hydrostatic and pneumatic pressure testing on pressure vessels and assemblies in accordance with company procedures and applicable codes.
• Set up and operate test equipment including pumps, gauges, hoses, valves, and regulators.
• Verify test pressures, hold times, and acceptance criteria per drawings and test documentation.
• Inspect vessels and assemblies for leaks or nonconformances during testing.
• Accurately complete test reports and required quality documentation.
• Maintain test equipment and ensure the test area remains clean and organized.
• Follow all safety procedures related to high-pressure testing.
• Work collaboratively with production and quality teams to support manufacturing schedules.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to safely perform all essential job duties.
• Lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform tasks involving bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling.
