Position Overview

As a System Assembler, you will play a vital role in the System Assembly Department by assembling water separator systems that include water separators, pumps, and control panels. Job Responsibilities

• Assemble complete water separator systems, including water separators, pumps, valves, piping, and control panels.
• Interpret and follow manufacturing drawings, wiring diagrams, and assembly instructions.
• Use hand tools and power tools to build and test system assemblies to meet performance specifications.
• Perform basic electrical wiring for control systems and pump installations.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure assemblies meet required standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical or electrical assembly issues.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure timely and accurate builds.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a safe working environment.

Job Requirements

• 2 years of experience in mechanical or electrical assembly or a related field is prefered.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams is a plus.
• Familiarity with pump systems, plumbing, and electrical control components is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical training is a plus.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to safely perform all essential job duties.
• Lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform tasks involving bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling.
• Stand for extended periods during work shifts.
